A: The needs assessment will encompass various aspects, including the participant's musical background, familiarity with mixing tools, preferred genres, and specific objectives for the course. We'll also delve into any challenges or areas where participants feel they may need additional support in honing their mixing skills. Following Sessions Q: How will the instructor use the information gathered in the first session? A: The data gathered in the first session will serve as the cornerstone for constructing a personalized learning plan for each participant. Cancellation Policy

Booking: To book a recording session, clients must use the booking form at www.xivworld.com By booking a session with XIV World, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Any changes or exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by the studio management. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Session can be cancelled at anytime, however, any money paid, including deposits or fees, are non-refundable. All services will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are committed to attending, as no exceptions can be made for refund requests. Sessions or classes can not be transferred to another individual. You can reschedule your session or class up to 7 days before the booking date this may be subject to additional fees. If you fail to attend a scheduled session or class without prior notice, any monies paid will be non-refundable. In the rare event that we need to cancel a session or class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, facility issues), we will provide a full refund or offer a rescheduled session. Session Time: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Sessions will end at the agreed-upon time, regardless of late arrival. Overtime may be available upon request, subject to availability, and will incur additional charges. Payment: Any remaining balance for the session is due at the beginning of each session. Equipment and Studio Care: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or facilities during their session. Food, beverages and Smoking are allowed in designated areas only. Guest Policy: Clients are welcome to bring guests, but the studio must be in agreement prior to the session starting. All guests must adhere to studio policies. Storage of Files: The Studio will retain project files for 30 days after the completion of the session. Make sure to secure your project files from the engineer within this timeframe, whether in the studio or online. We can provide them via hard drive, email, or airdrop. Requests via email: info@xivworld.com. Studio Rights: XIV World reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. Special Requests: Clients with special requests or requirements should communicate them to the studio manager in advance.
